Humble Bee Labs LLC is a mobile phlebotomy company that provides At-Home lab visits and performs all types of blood work, COVID-19 Collections, and other specimen collections. We deliver collected samples to the laboratory that is network with your insurance company. We also follow up on lab results and verify that your ordering physician has received them. 

You will need a lab order or prescription from a licensed physician and your insurance card. Your lab order must have the provider's name, phone number, office information, your name, and date of birth. The order must have the test name and the ICD-10 code so that your insurance can be properly billed. Without this code, you may receive a bill from the laboratory performing the diagnostic test. Urine specimens, STD tests, and Gender tests do not require physicians order. 

The owner of Humble Bee Labs is very experience and have never left an appointment without obtaining the sample. We also have advanced equipment for those who are truly a "Hard Stick."

Lab results typically take 24-48hrs. Samples that are delivered to a local hospital may result within several hours. Specialty tests can take up to several days. 

Some tests may require a patient to fast. For example, fasting test orders require the patient to refrain from eating or drinking for 8-12 hours. You may drink water or black coffee (no cream or sugar) if you are fasting. We work to schedule our patients that are required to fast earlier in the morning so you will not have to fast throughout the day. 

The laboratory will send your results to your physician. We also follow up with your physician's office to ensure they have received your results. If not, we will contact the lab to get an estimate on when the results should be finalized.
